SUMMARY:G7 Ocean Decade Navigation Plan Workshop
DESCRIPTION:The workshop will take place virtually\, hosted by the UK Department for Environment\, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) to discuss: \n\npossible cooperative structures for the G7 to use to implement the G7 Ocean Decade Navigation Plan and contribute to the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development\,\nbest practice regarding international collaboration with a range of partners\, and\nhow the G7 can identify priorities to translate to actionable initiatives.\n\nThe group will focus on three spotlight priorities: Global Ocean Indicator Framework\, Digital Twin Oceans\, and Net-Zero Oceanographic Capability.
