The European Marine Board held a two-day workshop in mid-March 2023 to discuss future climate scenarios in 2035 and future capacity and capabilities of the European Ocean Observing and Forecasting System to meet information and data needs.
The second phase of the EU4OceanObs project (2023 – 2027) is funded under the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme through a contribution agreement between the European Research Executive Agency and Mercator Ocean International. The initial project (2021 to 2023) was funded through the Partnership Instrument managed by the European Commission’s Service for Foreign Policy Instruments and implemented by Mercator Ocean International.
